The product is ok but I prefer the 3000 puff kangvape onee. I keep sending messages to see why I can not get them from you anymore but no one responds

I was very pleased with how fast I received them. Only problem was that it said buy 10 get 1 free and I only received 10.

I received (2) boxes of the Kangvape 2000 Puffs Onee Sticks that are a year old, manufacture date is 5/10/2024 and (1) box of Kangvape up to 3000 Puffs Onee Sticks which was not what I ordered. My main issue is that the last time I ordered 2 boxes of (10) Kangvape 2000 Puffs Onee Sticks I had 3 that were dead when I took them out of the box and at least 6 of them didn't even last a day. So with the boxes having the same manufacture date and now a year old, I am very concerned that the $300+ that I spent on the (2) correct items and (1) incorrect item may end up being any worse since they are now a year old.
I feel like this is a rip off and should have cost at least 50% of what I paid. So either I need to return these or would expect 50% of what I paid returned to the credit card that I used to pay for this order. If you would like to discuss, I can be reached at ------. Also, they were shipped in a "Vita Coconut Water" box so what kind of company are you?
